- Who is this intensive for? -
This intensive welcomes all types of movement practictioners who have a regular physical practice. Due to the intensive character of the event (80+hours of training over the space of two weeks), please be mindful of the level of physical preparedness necessary to sustain such a rythm.
- What do I need to bring?
What will the weather be like in Italy in July/August?-
It will be summer in Italy, so bring breathable training gear.
The Camp is located in the mountains and the weather can thus be quite changeable. Expect possible summer showers and maybe even some thunderstorms.
We have beautiful indoor spaces for the rainy days, but sometimes we will get caught in the rain when training outside, so please bring appropriate waterproof gear!
Bring a warmer layer for the evening.
A pair of training shoes (plimsoles, barefoot shoes or trainers) for use if necessary in the Dome space


-What type of catering is provided?-
Catering will be fully vegetarian.

You will be served 3 meals per day on training days - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
​
Saturday and Sunday are self-catered.
​
Please let us know upon registration if you have any food allergies and restrictions.
-I don’t have my own camping gear, can I rent a tent and sleeping mat?-
Yes, you are very welcome to do so. The rental price for the tent + mat for both weeks is 50 euros.

-Are there any Scholarships available for this event?-
We are a community-minded collective who strive to make our training accessible and affordable for all, while paying our staff and collaborators fairly for their expertise. If affordability is a sincere barrier to your attendance then please write to us on events@ferus-animi-terra-nova.org and we can discuss discounted prices for students on limited means, the unemployed and those with young children.

-Can I pay in installments?-

Can I organise my own accommodation / catering?
This is an all-inclusive event. The format of the intensive is geared towards a communal and shared experience. However, if you want to organise your own accommodation, you are welcome to organise it through your preferred methods. The price of the intensive stays the same.

-What’s the easiest way to arrive from local airports/train stations? -
The Summer Movement Camp is held in the beautiful Nidrino Sports Centre, located on top of the hills overlooking Lake Como, Italy, in the small locality of Brunate.​
​
The Centre is easily accessible from the local Como train & bus station, itself connecting to the Milan Central Station and the different airport hubs: Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Milan Bergamo.
